Terms of Service
1. Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and LUNQO LABS (Tunisia) about your use of the ORBGRID mobile game. By installing or playing ORBGRID, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game.
If you are under the age at which you can agree to a contract where you live, you may only use ORBGRID with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Your permission to play
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play ORBGRID on devices you own or control, for your own private entertainment.
This licence is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell access to the game, charge others to play it, or use it as part of a commercial service without our written permission.
3. The game and its availability
ORBGRID is a single-player and same-device multiplayer puzzle game. Most of it works offline; an internet connection is needed only to load adverts and to make or restore a purchase.
We may add, change or remove features, puzzles or game modes, and we may stop distributing or supporting the game. We will try to avoid removing anything you have paid for.
4. Advertisements
ORBGRID is free and is funded by advertising. A full-screen advert may be shown after a completed match in Solo vs CPU. Local Multiplayer and the daily puzzle contain no adverts.
Adverts come from Google AdMob, and their content is not chosen by us. We are not responsible for third-party advertisements or for anything you find on the websites or LABS they lead to. How advertising data is handled is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. ORBGRIDplus (removing advertising)
ORBGRIDplus is an optional in-app purchase that permanently removes advertising from the game for the store account that bought it.
- It is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, and nothing renews or recurs.
- The price is set and displayed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, in your local currency, including any taxes those stores apply. The price shown in the game always comes from the store.
- Payment is taken by Google or Apple, not by us. We never receive your payment details.
- You can reinstall the game or move to a new device and use Restore purchases to re-enable it, as long as you use the same store account.
- A purchase on Google Play cannot be transferred to the Apple App Store, or the other way round, because the two stores are separate.
Removing advertising is the whole of what is sold. It does not change gameplay, and it grants no other content.
6. Refunds
Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, so refunds are governed by their policies and are requested from them, not from us. Where the law gives you a right to cancel or a refund, that right is unaffected by these terms.
7. Things you must not do
- Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or tamper with the game, except where the law expressly allows it.
- Cheat, use unauthorised software, or interfere with adverts or purchase checks in order to obtain paid features without paying.
- Redistribute, resell, rent or republish the game or its assets.
- Use the game unlawfully, or in a way that harms other players or us.
8. Ownership
ORBGRID, its name, logo, artwork, sounds, puzzles, text and code are owned by LUNQO LABS or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you permission to play the game; they do not transfer ownership of anything.
Third-party names mentioned here, such as Google Play, Android, Apple, App Store, AdMob and RevenueCat, belong to their respective owners.
9. Third-party services
The game relies on services operated by others — Google (advertising and payment), Apple (payment on iOS) and RevenueCat (purchase verification). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to what they do, and we do not control those services.
10. Disclaimers
ORBGRID is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do our best to keep it working correctly, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, including statutory guarantees about digital content.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or lost progress arising from your use of the game.
Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you actually paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by law. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Suspension and ending this agreement
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend or withdraw your permission to use ORBGRID if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms — for example by cheating or tampering with purchase checks.
If your permission ends, sections that are meant to survive — ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability — continue to apply.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the game develops. The effective date at the top of this page will change, and significant changes will be announced in the game or on the store listing. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Tunisia, or of your own place of residence where the law gives you that right.
