ORBGRID Legal & Support

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 19 August 2026

Who this policy is from

ORBGRID (“the game”) is published by LUNQO LABS, based in Tunisia. This policy explains what happens to information when you play. It covers the ORBGRID mobile app, identified in the stores as com.orbgrid.game.

You do not need an account

There is no sign-up, no log-in and no player profile. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or date of birth, and the game provides no way to send them to us.

What is stored on your device

The game saves a small amount of data in its own private storage on your device, so it can remember your progress and preferences. We cannot read it, and we do not upload it anywhere.

Uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage in your device settings, permanently deletes all of it.

What ORBGRID does not collect

To be explicit, the game does not collect or transmit any of the following:

The game makes no requests to any server operated by us, for the simple reason that we operate none.

Advertising

ORBGRID is free and is paid for by advertising. It shows one full-screen advert after a completed match in Solo vs CPU and in Local Multiplayer, and never more than one per match. The first matches you play are advert-free, and the daily puzzle never contains adverts.

Adverts are supplied by Google AdMob. In order to select, show and measure an advert, Google may process your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with the advert. Adverts are restricted to a “G” (general audiences) content rating.

Your consent choices

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the game shows Google’s consent form the first time it starts, and asks whether your data may be used for personalised advertising.

On iOS, Apple additionally asks permission to use the device advertising identifier (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, adverts remain non-personalised. You can change this at any time in the iOS Settings app.

If you own ORBGRIDplus, the advertising system is switched off entirely: no advert is requested and the consent form is not shown.

Purchases

ORBGRIDplus is a single one-time purchase that removes advertising. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

We never see or handle your payment details. Payment is taken and processed by Google Play on Android, or by Apple on iOS, under their own terms and privacy policies.

To confirm that a purchase is genuine, and to restore it on a new device, we use RevenueCat. RevenueCat receives the store receipt together with an anonymous identifier that it generates for your installation. That identifier is not linked to your name or email address, because the game never has them.

The only result stored on your device is whether advertising is removed. “Restore purchases” asks your store account and RevenueCat whether the purchase exists, and re-enables it if it does.

Third-party services

These are the only services that may receive information when you play. Each one acts under its own privacy policy:

Why this information is processed

Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are: your consent for personalised advertising; performance of a contract for purchases and restoring them; and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the game, which covers non-personalised advertising and fraud prevention.

How long information is kept

We keep no copies ourselves, because we operate no servers or databases.

Security

Locally saved data sits in the app’s private storage, protected by your device’s operating system. Information sent to Google, Apple or RevenueCat travels over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure — but because the game holds no accounts and no payment details, there is very little about you that could be exposed.

International transfers

Google, Apple and RevenueCat are global companies and may process information outside your own country, including in the United States. They are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards to those transfers, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Their policies are linked in the table above.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children’s privacy

ORBGRID is a general-audience puzzle game. It is not directed at children and is not designed or marketed for children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age where you live.

The game is not declared as child-directed to advertising services, and adverts are limited to a “G” content rating. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because there are no accounts and no contact details are ever requested, a child has no way to submit personal information to us. If you believe a child has been affected in any way, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

If the game’s data practices change — for example when advertising or purchasing is switched on for released versions, or if a service is added or removed — this page is updated and the effective date at the top changes. Significant changes will also be noted in the game or on the store listing.
